Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 48 hours with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays. The cost of delivery is shown at checkout. The delivery time from our warehouse is normally 1-3 days within the Nordic countries. Some items from an external warehouse have a longer delivery time of 2-6 days.  

We only deliver to countries wihtin the EU. 

If your package is damaged or lost during transport this must be reported immediately. If your package is damaged please do not discard the damaged packaging before contacting us. 

In case of failed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control such as incomplete address, repeated absence upon delivery atttempt, failure to pick up package within deadline the associated costs of €20 will be deducted from your refund if the package is returned.
